PARENTAL POLICIES No Unaccompanied Minors Dreamland Amusements welcomes guests of all ages to our carnival locations. However, all guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian (ages 21 years and older) when visiting during all operational hours, every day of the week.
